上海交通大學(xué)中國法與社會研究院是依托上海交通大學(xué)凱原法學(xué)院成立的實體化校級跨學(xué)科平臺。它既是社會科學(xué)的高級學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)，也在適當(dāng)范圍內(nèi)發(fā)揮民間智庫的功能。中國
法與社會研究院的前身“凱原法學(xué)院法社會學(xué)研究中心”于2009年成立，十年來取得了顯著成果——例如推動在上海成立了中國法學(xué)會旗下唯一的法社會學(xué)研究會、與劍橋大學(xué)出版
社合作創(chuàng)辦了亞洲第一份法社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域的英文國際期刊、出版了若干套關(guān)于法與社會研究的叢書、舉辦了三屆全國性法社會學(xué)年會和若干次法社會學(xué)國際研討會等。上海交通大學(xué)
中國法與社會研究院于2019年4月獲得學(xué)校正式批準(zhǔn)成立，它旨在探索中國式秩序和制度變遷的深層奧秘，借助經(jīng)驗科學(xué)和認(rèn)知科學(xué)的方法考察超大規(guī)模社會、網(wǎng)絡(luò)型社會、風(fēng)險
社會以及數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動社會的治理方式，為正確認(rèn)識、理解、解釋中國現(xiàn)象以及正確解答世界普遍性問題提供客觀可靠的依據(jù)。
為了延攬海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才，增強研究院的科研實力和建言獻(xiàn)策能力，現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開招聘優(yōu)秀教師。熱烈歡迎法社會學(xué)、法律實證研究、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、計算法學(xué)、法與博弈理

一、招聘崗位及要求
1、講席教授
（1）在國內(nèi)外著名大學(xué)擔(dān)任教授職位；
（2）在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域具有高深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣，取得開創(chuàng)性的重要研究成果，在海內(nèi)外學(xué)界享有廣泛的學(xué)術(shù)聲望和影響；
（3）有開設(shè)本科生課程、研究生核心課程的能力和經(jīng)驗；
（4）為人正派，遵紀(jì)守法，具有團(tuán)隊工作精神。
2、特聘教授
（1）在國內(nèi)外著名大學(xué)擔(dān)任教授職位；
（2）在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得了重要的研究成果，在學(xué)術(shù)研究、決策咨詢或社會服務(wù)工作中發(fā)揮了重要作用，產(chǎn)生了重大的社會影響，具備帶領(lǐng)學(xué)科在前沿領(lǐng)域趕超國際一流水平的能力；
（3）有開設(shè)本科生課程、研究生核心課程的能力和經(jīng)驗；

3、長聘教授
（1）在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)擔(dān)任教授/研究員/長聘副教授及以上職位；
（2）在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得重要的學(xué)術(shù)成果，具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)造詣和一定的影響力；
（3）有開設(shè)本科生課程、研究生核心課程的能力和經(jīng)驗；
（4）為人正派，遵紀(jì)守法，具有團(tuán)隊工作精神。
4、長聘副教授
（1）在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)擔(dān)任助理教授/助理研究員以上職位；
（2）在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域有較突出的學(xué)術(shù)成果，在教學(xué)、研究領(lǐng)域獲同行高度認(rèn)可；
（3）有開設(shè)本科生課程、研究生核心課程的能力和經(jīng)驗；
（4）為人正派，遵紀(jì)守法，具有團(tuán)隊工作精神。
以上崗位應(yīng)聘者特別優(yōu)秀的可以適當(dāng)放寬部分條件要求。
二、聘用方式
事業(yè)編制。
三、崗位職責(zé)
1、從事研究院相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)研究，主持或參與各類科研項目，發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文；
2、積極參與人才培養(yǎng)工作，完成學(xué)校及學(xué)院規(guī)定的教學(xué)任務(wù)，指導(dǎo)和培養(yǎng)研究生；
3、組織和參與相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W科建設(shè)，積極參與學(xué)院公共事務(wù)。

Faculty Positions at the China
Institute for Socio-Legal Studies (CISLS),
Shanghai Jiao Tong University
China Institute for Socio-Legal Studies (CISLS), affiliated with KoGuan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is a university-level interdisciplinary research institution. It
serves the dual purpose of an advanced academic institution in the field of social sciences and a non-government think tank. The predecessor of CISLS, Law and Society Center
(LSC) at KoGuan School of Law, was established in 2009. Over the past decade, LSC has made remarkable achievements, such as founding China’s first socio-legal studies asso
ciation in Shanghai under the guidance of the China Law Society, launching the Asian Journal of Law and Society, Asia’s first English journal of socio-legal research, in collaborat
ion with the Cambridge University Press, publishing multiple book series on socio-legal studies, hosting three national annual conferences on socio-legal studies in China, and org
anizing international symposia, to name a few. In April 2019, Shanghai Jiao Tong University founded the CISLS, with its mission to explore the underlying mechanisms of evoluti
on in orders and regulations in China, to investigate the governance of mega-scale society, network-based society, risk society and data-driven society using empirical methods a
nd cognitive science, and to facilitate an appropriate recognition, comprehension and interpretation of the issues encountered by China and propose objective and reliable solutio
ns to universal problems in the world.
In order to further enhance the research and advising capacities of the Institute, we sincerely invite talents from all around the world to join us. The faculty positions would suit s
cholars with a background in the following fields: socio-legal studies, empirical legal research, social network analysis, computational law, law and game theory, law and artificial i
ntelligence, cognitive science and judicial behavior, legal consciousness and legal culture, and the social history of law.
1. Positions and Recruiting Criteria
1.1 Chair Professor
(1) The applicant should have full professorship at a prestigious university in China or abroad;
(2) The applicant should have superb academic expertise, have achieved groundbreaking academic achievements in relevant fields, and enjoy a high academic prestige and influe
nce among peer scholars at both domestic and international levels;
(3) The applicant should have the capacity and experience to teach courses at the undergraduate level and core courses at the graduate level;(4) The applicant should abide the law and have high personal integrity, good work ethics and teamwork spirit.
1.2 Distinguished Professor
(1) The applicant should have tenured professorship at a prestigious university in China or abroad;
(2) The applicant should have made important research achievements in relevant fields and played an important role in impactful academic research, decision-making consultation
or social service work. The applicant is expected to have the ability to lead the discipline to meet world-class standards in the cutting-edge areas;
(3) The applicant should have the capacity and experience to teach courses at the undergraduate level and core courses at the graduate level;(4) The applicant should abide the law and have high personal integrity, good work ethics and teamwork spirit.
1.3 Tenured Associate Professor
(1) The applicant should serve as an assistant professor or an assistant researcher at a prestigious university in China or abroad;
(2) The applicant should have made important research achievements in relevant fields, hold academic recognition from peers and enjoy scholarly impact;
(3) The applicant should have the capacity and experience to teach courses at the undergraduate level and core courses at the graduate level;
(4) The applicant should abide the law and have high personal integrity, good work ethics and teamwork spirit.
Applicants with an excellent performance may not be restricted to all of the abovementioned requirements.

Hiring as a permanent faculty member of a government-affiliated institution.
3. Job Description and Responsibilities
3.1 To engage in academic research in related fields, to preside over or participated in various research projects, and to publish high-quality academic papers;
3.2 To actively participate in the personnel trainings, to complete the teaching tasks assigned by the school and the university, and to cultivate graduate students;
3.3 To be in charge of and participate in the construction of academic development plans in related fields and to actively participate in the public affairs of the university.
4. Remuneration
Remuneration package will be driven by international level market competitiveness and individual performance. Excellent fringe benefits include: 1) a generous salary; 2) a fa
